The ETG Individual Risk Profile (IRP) provides a customized analysis of the key individuals in or associated with a given company. The data is obtained from an extensive analysis of FBI watch lists, unclassified data bases, proprietary databases, analysis of known terrorist affiliated organizations and individuals, and analysis of U.S. and foreign government published lists. If required, ETG can provide time variable updates for your company, monitoring our extensive information sources for any change in the individuals status. Training Services
At ETG, we are not only practitioners of the computer forensic profession, we are teachers of the art of our expertise. We are able to apply our core competencies in the area of Computer Forensics and Electronic Discovery to your specific training needs. We tailor the subject matter and time requirements to ensure that the course of instruction will meet your educational goals within the time constraints of your organization.
In addition to customized courses we have an extensive set of established seminars and classes that we can provide on a moments notice. The cornerstone of the seminars is our E-Discovery and Computer Forensic instruction. Ranging from a one hour brown bag lunch to a one day training seminar, our experienced Computer Forensic experts will present the current case law, best practices and emerging trends in the electronic and digital litigation arena. Additionally, our instructors will provide a detailed comparison of the differences between Computer Forensics and E-Discovery, using real-world examples of the impact of each on litigation efforts.
In addition to our seminars, we also offer an electronic discovery and litigation track of instruction. These courses prepare an attorney to effectively litigate and manage cases that contain electronic media and evidence from beginning to end. In addition to presenting the case law and theory behind the process, the course also will provide check lists and guides to manage the process. We anticipate that this course will be certified for 12 Continuing Legal Education credits by April 2006.
